From the point of check measure The Fitting Service will take on the project management & liability of goods to be ordered on your account freeing you up to concentrate to focus on your next sale. On receipt of a check measure request our installation co-ordinator will make contact with the end client to arrange a suitable time to be on site. Our lead time to be on site is approx. 3-5 business days pending client availability. From here we will meet with you &/or your client to walk through the job & listen to the requirements. We will then measure the entire job for production & walk you &/or client through the design & layout of the project to confirm all details.

Within 48hrs you will then receive a copy of the proposed order highlighting any changes made should you have not attended the site meeting, our check measure invoice & our fixed price quote to complete the works. When you are happy to proceed we will then place the order with your chosen supplier & schedule the installation according to your suppliers lead times.

Our service is designed to partner with your business knowing that we project manage the back end on your behalf. As such we will handle any manufacturer queries through to the receipt of goods into our warehouse keeping you updated of your suppliers ETA’s. Once we have a confirmed ETA your project is tentatively booked in & then confirmed with your client for installation once goods have arrived into our warehouse. Our aim to have the goods installed within 5 business days from receipt of goods or should the project not be ready for installation we can warehouse the goods until it is freeing up your showrooms & studios.

Our service is then backed up by our 12mth installation warranty & we are fully insured and happy to provide certificates of currency as required.
